INDIVIDUAL · GROUP · MARYLAND BOARD-APPROVED

As a Maryland LCSW-C and state-approved clinical supervisor, I provide individual and group supervision for clinicians completing their required hours toward licensure. With more than 30 years across mental health, child welfare, and family systems — and as an Adjunct Faculty Professor at the Howard University School of Social Work — I bring both depth of clinical experience and a genuine investment in the next generation of therapists.

For Referral Partners

Pediatricians, psychiatrists, schools, attorneys, and fellow therapists are welcome to reach out directly to coordinate care or discuss a referral. I’m glad to be a resource for teen, family, and adoption-related cases that call for specialized experience.

“Good supervision isn’t about handing someone a script. It’s about helping a new clinician trust their own clinical judgment — while making sure it’s grounded in ethics and evidence.”
